The agreement between you and TripDigi B.V. for your use of LifePinner.
This Statement of Rights & Responsibilities ("Terms") governs your use of the LifePinner apps and this website. By creating an account or using LifePinner you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use LifePinner, and you agree to give us accurate information when you register.
The pins, photos, notes and guides you add are yours. You keep ownership of everything you create. By posting content to LifePinner you grant TripDigi a limited licence to store, display and process it for the purpose of running the service - for example, rendering your map and generating your Journeyraphic. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
Please use LifePinner lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or is designed to harass others. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Offers shown on our Promos page and inside the app are provided by third-party travel brands. Those offers are subject to the partner's own terms, and availability can change without notice.
We work to keep LifePinner available and improving, including the version 2 features you can preview through the beta programme. We may update, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. The app is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, TripDigi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of LifePinner. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
