Data Use Policy

Your travel map is personal, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what data LifePinner collects and how TripDigi B.V. uses it.

What we collect

• Account information - the email address and profile details you give us when you register.
• Your content - the cities you pin, and the photos, notes and guides you add.
• Usage data - basic, mostly aggregated information about how the app is used, so we can fix problems and improve features.
• Device data - standard technical details such as device type and app version.

How we use it

We use your data to run LifePinner: to render your map, generate your Journeyraphic, keep your account in sync across devices, and match relevant promos to the places you care about. We use aggregated usage data to make the app better and more reliable.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not publish your map or guides unless you choose to share them. Promo partners receive aggregated, non-identifying information - not your personal pins.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate LifePinner (for example hosting and analytics), under agreements that require them to protect it, or where the law requires us to.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your pins and guides at any time, and you can delete your account to remove your personal data, subject to any retention the law requires. You can also opt out of non-essential communications.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No service can promise perfect security, but we take the responsibility seriously.
